Dear Ruby F. Carver Family,
Let me be the first to welcome you to Ruby F. Carver Elementary School! I am so excited to join the Cougar Family as we head into the 2022-23 school year as it is an honor to serve a school with such rich traditions and community support. The staff is ready to welcome everyone back to the building with our theme for this year being: “Together We Are Better!”
As your new principal, my goal is to continue the strong partnerships that have been established between families, community members, and staff to ensure that our students have everything they need in order to be successful. I believe in the saying that “it takes a village” and look forward to working alongside you as we engage, empower, and excel our students in their learning. I am confident that every student can learn and succeed if given the right tools and opportunities. Our staff is committed to ensuring that your child receives a robust education as we prepare them to continue on their educational journey.
There will be many opportunities in the upcoming school year to be involved with your student’s education. Joining and supporting our PTA, volunteering in the building, and collaborating with your student’s teachers are just a few ways to strengthen the home/school partnership. Events will be communicated throughout the year, and we look forward to working with you. Building positive relationships, celebrating our achievements, and continuing to build on the successful foundation already in place will ensure the success of our entire Carver community.
